Mr.Ali’s a true Gentleman and a Professional. The details, the professionalism, the courtesy to be efficient and a mixture of 100 percent certainty. The job was fabulous and completed with no more insects (roaches) issues in the unit after the second visit. Normally, 99% issues should be resolved within the first spray but if the bugs still persist then a second coat will 100% disintegrate the little evil annoying bugs remaining bugs. Follow the instructions Mr. Ali provides you via email or message then let him proceed with his work. In about 5 to 6 weeks if needed he’ll re-visit to spray the chemicals again if the insects are still visibly active about 3-6 per day. After the chemicals have been sprayed there should be no more activities for the next 6 months and if it reappears well let’s give Mr. Ali a call again because I know he’ll set us free from these lingering bugs. Ali and Imran came from Pestigo a month ago to do some steam and spray treatment for bedbugs in our home. Highly satisfied with the service and knowledge they had on the situation.
